What is important to consider when looking for a
phone system?
When looking for a phone system, one should determine what are the
immediate requirements for the system and its potential for growth. Many

What if I don't know what I need?
Many people are confused by the variety of choices and features

How do I determine how many phone lines I need?
It all depends on how many calls you receive in a day, and how many
lines potentially will be used at the same time. For example, if you had
six lines and six employees on at the same time, incoming callers would
hear a busy signal. To avoid this problem, you would need 2 to 4 extra
lines.
Can you integrate a system into my existing
infrastructure?
Our technicians are the best in the business and they will
determine the appropriate method of
installation. If your existing cabling is not functional, we will
correct the problem to ensure your phone system operates at the maximum of
its capabilities.
Can my current phone system be upgraded or do I
require a complete overhaul?
Many phone systems can be upgraded and our consultants will be
happy to recommend add-ons where appropriate. Sometimes, a new system can
be more cost-effective than upgrading. Our consultant will analyze your
situation and provide you with options from which to choose.
What if my company moves?
We can handle all the technical aspects of disconnecting and
re-establishing of your system.

Is your current service provider licensed and
insured?
